Mexican food in Coral Springs lines University Drive, from Tijuana Taxi Co. near Atlantic Boulevard north to Wiles Road, and Sample Road, where two Cartel de Tacos shops and Tijuana Flats sit. Wiles Road and the State Road 7 shopping centers in Turtle Run have the rest.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Coral Springs city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 8, 2026. We added Bubbakoo’s Burritos, Cartel de Tacos, El Mariachi, Patron Azteca, Talkin’ Tacos and Tijuana Flats, plus two more Chipotle and Taco Bell stores, from the state’s restaurant inspection records. El Mariachi, Patron Azteca and Talkin’ Tacos have no website of their own that we could find; they are listed because the state inspected them this summer. We left out a taco counter with no website and no recent state record. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. Run one of these places? Bubbakoo’s Burritos on Wiles Road is a build-your-own burrito, taco and bowl chain. Its location page lists online ordering for pickup.

Cartel de Tacos has two Sample Road shops and a third in Margate. Its menu leads with birria: quesabirria tacos and a birria ramen, along with suadero, carnitas, asada and pastor tacos. Hours at the 10315 W. Sample Road shop vary, according to its site.

Chipotle has three Coral Springs restaurants: downtown on North University Drive, near Wiles Road, and in the Turtle Run shopping centers on State Road 7. All three list online ordering.

El Mariachi is on North University Drive near Wiles Road. We could not find a website of its own; the state inspected it in September 2026.

Patron Azteca is on Royal Palm Boulevard. We could not find a website of its own; the state inspected it in September 2026.

Taco Bell has four stores in the city. Each location page lists a drive-thru, with some of the latest hours in Coral Springs; the dining room at 900 N. University Drive closes earlier than the drive-thru.

Talkin’ Tacos is on North University Drive. We could not find a website of its own; the state inspected it in August 2026.

Tijuana Flats on Sample Road is a Tex-Mex chain serving burritos and tacos. Its full menu is linked from its location page.

Tijuana Taxi Co. on North University Drive is one of three locations of the restaurant; the others are in Davie and Deerfield Beach. Its Coral Springs page lists pickup and delivery, and the site has a weekend brunch menu.
