Dessert in Coral Springs is spread across the city: University Drive has Let’s Chill, Larry’s and Nothing Bundt Cakes, Coral Ridge Drive in the northwest has Carvel and Ernie’s Acai, Wiles Road has Pavlova and La Michoacana, and the Cypress Run center on Atlantic Boulevard has a gelateria.

How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside the Coral Springs city limits, the same data behind our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on Oct. 8, 2026. We added Amare Gelateria, Delicious La Michoacana, Larry’s Ice Cream and Let’s Chill from the state’s restaurant inspection records. Places marked “no website” have no site of their own that we could find; they are listed because the state inspected them between July and September 2026. Let’s Chill’s site does not give addresses, so its two addresses come from the state’s records. We left out two ice cream counters with no address we could confirm and a doughnut shop whose own site still lists Coral Springs as coming soon. The list is alphabetical. Amare Gelateria is in the Cypress Run shopping center on Atlantic Boulevard. We could not find a website of its own.

Carvel on Coral Ridge Drive serves soft serve, hand-scooped ice cream, milkshakes and sundaes, and makes ice cream cakes, including custom cakes. Its page lists takeout, delivery and party catering.

Delicious La Michoacana is on Wiles Road and had its state licensing inspection in July 2026. We could not find a website of its own.

Ernie’s Acai on Coral Ridge Drive is a cafe for acai bowls and smoothies. Its site calls this store Ernie’s Acai Parkland, but the address it gives is in Coral Springs.

Larry’s Ice Cream is on North University Drive in the south of the city. We could not find a website of its own; an ice cream shop of the same name in St. Pete Beach is a separate business.

Let’s Chill Homemade Ice Cream makes small-batch ice cream in its store with dairy from local farms, according to its site, with seasonal flavors such as pumpkin and apple butter. It caters weddings, birthdays and corporate events. The University Drive shop is just south of Sample Road.

Nothing Bundt Cakes on North University Drive bakes its cakes fresh daily, according to its bakery page, from full-size and tiered bundt cakes to Bundtlets and Bundtinis, with a gluten-free option. It takes online orders for pickup or delivery.

Pavlova on Wiles Road is a dessert shop with pavlovas, cannolis, obleas, fruit salads and strawberries and cream, plus coffee and fresh drinks. It has sugar-free and gluten-free options and offers takeout and delivery.
