How admission works

From the school’s lottery process page:

  • Panacea Prep and Eagles’ Nest Middle have an open admissions policy: all applicants are accepted until the school reaches capacity.
  • Once applications exceed capacity, students go on a waiting list and a random lottery is used, so every student has an equal chance.
  • The registration page says the school is accepting applications for kindergarten through grade 5. Families complete the registration packet in person, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday, with a birth certificate, two proofs of residency, a physical, a shot record and, from first grade up, the last report card and FAST scores.

  • District count: 76 students on Aug. 21, 2026, the 10th day of the 2026-27 school year, six fewer than on the same day in 2025, according to the district’s Tenth Day Enrollment Count.
  • Federal count: 102 students in the 2023-24 school year, according to the NCES directory, which does not report a teacher count for the school.
