Florida's DBPR inspected 159 Coral Springs food businesses July 1 to Oct. 6, 2026; 121 ended with no further action. How to read results and file a complaint.
Last checked Oct. 8, 2026. Results come from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s food service inspection file for District 2, downloaded Oct. 8, 2026. An inspection is a snapshot of conditions on the day of the visit. In the state’s words, it “may not be representative of the overall, long-term conditions at the establishment.” It is not a rating of food quality.
In Florida, restaurants are inspected by the state, not the city or county: the Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s Division of Hotels and Restaurants licenses and inspects restaurants, caterers, food trucks and other public food service businesses. Florida does not give scores or letter grades. Each inspection lists violations and ends with an outcome.

What the outcomes mean
From the division’s inspections page:
| Outcome | What it means |
|---|---|
| Inspection completed, no further action | The visit is closed. Violations may have been found; they are to be corrected by the next routine inspection |
| Warning issued | Violations must be corrected by a set time; an inspector returns for a callback |
| Callback, complied | The return visit found the violations corrected |
| Administrative complaint recommended | The inspector recommends legal action by the division, for example after a warning was not met, a pattern of repeat violations or serious conditions |
| Emergency order recommended | Conditions led to an emergency closure or license suspension; the business may reopen only when an inspection finds the violations corrected |
The state sorts violations into high priority, intermediate and basic. “Recommended” means a recommendation; a penalty, if any, comes later through the division’s process.

Method
We filtered the state’s District 2 food service file (fiscal year starting July 1, 2026) to inspections whose location city is Coral Springs. The state matches on mailing address, so a few businesses just outside city limits that use a Coral Springs address are included. Callback visits appear as separate rows, so one establishment can show more than one result. We report outcomes as the state records them and add no judgment of our own. A business that wants to note a later inspection not yet in the file can contact us. This page is refreshed monthly.
What this means for you
- Florida does not grade restaurants; read the outcome and the violation list.
- “Administrative complaint recommended” is a recommendation for legal action, not a closure.
